1. Stainless steel liner

Inner liner thickness

The thickness of the liner directly affects the heat transfer efficiency, but it does not mean that the thicker the liner, the more material layers, the better the liner, too thick will affect the heat transfer, too thin will affect the heat storage.

Qualified liner thickness should be between 1.5 mm-3 mm.

Ordinary inner liner is 1.5 mm.

The mid-range liner is 2.0 mm.

The superior liner is 3.0 mm.

Lining Coating

The main function of the liner coating is to prevent sticking of the pan and secondly to prevent the aluminum inner can from coming into direct contact with the rice grains, as mentioned above.

There are three common coatings on the market today, PTFE, PFA and PEEK.

These coatings are ranked: PEEK + PTFE/PTFE > PFA > PFA + PTFE
